Act One: Introducing the problem
The first act consists of introducing the audience with the main character - "The Waiter", and showing his goal - Serve the table. It also shows the environment of the whole plot and throws everybody right into the action.
Act two: Action and culmination
The act two contains the whole essence of the plot and shows the waiter's struggle to reach his holy goal by going through ridiculous obstacles.
Act three: Consequences
In the act three the audience is presented with everybodys reactions to the waiter's actions and lets everybody to think of what has just happened and is about to happen.

I don't have much to add - which means it's a 'greenlight' :D What I like about your story is it's simplicity, emphasis on visual humour and supporting characters - and a very nice ending. I don't see your essay intro on here though as requested. Can you post your intentions asap. Now get on with the drawing and boarding - enjoy it.
