Do you think that it's going to change a lot? The bottle actually have smooth edges like that and I still don't know a lot about making models like that. All that I used for this was just the extrude option. I also smoothered my model and it doesn't seem to be crashing or so. Anyway there's just one way to find it out tomorrow. I wish I would have a computer at home.
You're missing edges along the lip of the main bulk of the bottle. It's a 6 sided shape, you should add an edge in there.
